Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HRIS Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HR information system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and providing excellent customer service to our employees.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain our HR information system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Provide excellent customer service to our employees, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track HR metrics and key performance indicators
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Conduct training and development programs for employees
- Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS implementation and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office
