Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
• Manage the restaurant's operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer complaints
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and train new staff
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 5 years of experience in restaurant management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
