JOB DUTIES:
- Supervise and coordinate the car wash team to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by handling inquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring cleanliness, adherence to standards, and timely completion of all vehicles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a car detailing, washing bay, or professional cleaning company.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
