Lead and manage grants and fundraising activities, from project design to implementation. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors and stakeholders. Mentor and guide Grants and Fundraising officers to strengthen our fundraising strategy. Collaborate across teams to align fundraising goals with organizational priorities.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor/Master in Resources Mobilisation/Development or any related field.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and grants or donor relations.
- Strong background in project proposal development and implementation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to allocate at least 5 hours per week to Share Vision Network and able to travel around the Country.
