Job Description

Welcome and assist customers visiting the motorcycle showroom

Provide accurate information about motorcycles and related products

Promote and explain product features to potential customers

Maintain the cleanliness and proper arrangement of motorcycles in the showroom

Record customer inquiries and assist with sales transactions

Support marketing and promotional activities

Prepare basic sales and customer interaction reports

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a sales environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an added advantage
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
