Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5+ years previous experience as a Senior Graphic Designer.
- At least 2-3 years in Leading Projects and or initiatives.
- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent off based on experience.
- In-depth working knowledge Efficient in Adobe CC, Ps, Ai, ID, Ae, Pr, Lr.
- 3D Knowledge & Technically skilled advantageous.
- On & Off Set Photography, post-production, retouching knowledge essential.
- On & Off Set Videography & Video editing knowledge essential.
- Animation & Motion Graphics advantageous.
- Experience in Medium to Large photography productions essential.
- A love, passion and knowledge for the Brand Culture of Streetwear, Urban Lifestyle, Next Gen Lifestyle essential.

- Conceptualizing & designing of dynamic 360 marketing campaigns.
- Content Asset generation for distribution across multiple platforms.
- Innovative contemporary content creation and ideation.
- Project management and organization of toolkits and files sharing of collateral.
- Fluent in liaising with internal & external vendors, suppliers and printers.
- Update and Facilitate post-production, print-ready, proofing and QC.

- Ensuring all work aligns to core brand positioning & guidelines.
- Ensuring Art Dept production deadlines are met.
- Give guidance and leadership to the Junior designers and Interns within the team.
- Take on certain responsibilities and show initiative in the absence of the Line Manager.
