Responsibilities

• Guard and protect the property, tenants, and visitors
• Control access at the gate and verify visitors
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Monitor for suspicious activities and report incidents
• Ensure adherence to property rules and regulations
• Maintain a daily occurrence book and incident reports
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and misconduct within the property

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Security Officer
• Must be a Kabwe or Mulungushi Resident
• Minimum age: 28 years
• Physically fit and alert
• Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible
• Good communication skills
• No criminal record
