Sales Representative

Job Description

Our Client in kitwe is seeking to hire a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to expand their client base and drive business growth in high-end branding solutions, including billboards, promotional events and supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships within target markets
• Present and promote our branding solutions to prospective clients
• Understand client needs and tailor product offerings accordingly
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business
• Coordinate with the creative and production teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in sales (3 years or more), preferably in branding, signage, or related industries
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of branding and promotional products
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
