Firebrand Spirits is hiring a high-performance Sales Manager to drive rapid growth of a premium vodka brand. This role suits a confident closer with a strong industry network and the presence to influence buyers and decision-makers. Win new clients and aggressively grow sales in Lusaka and key markets. Secure consistent weekly/monthly pre-orders. Expand product visibility and placement in high-value outlets. Aggressively network and make contacts within bar, club, hotel, restaurant industry to open doors and push volume. Build repeat business and long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years proven sales success
- Strong closer with a track record of hitting targets
- Energetic, persuasive communicator with strong presence
- Self-driven and results-focused
- Skilled negotiator, able to work independently
- Mature, professional, and reliable
