SALES GROWTH OFFICER (SGO) - INTERN – CHOMA

Kairos Cash Bay is looking for a passionate, energetic, and goal-oriented individual to join our team as an Intern Sales Growth Officer (SGO) based in Choma.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, leadership, and business growth within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting branch sales activities and target achievement
  • Assisting in supervising and coordinating sales agents
  • Conducting customer mobilization and field activations
  • Ensuring proper product and process understanding among agents
  • Supporting client onboarding and customer service activities
  • Assisting with daily sales tracking and reporting
  • Promoting company products and maintaining strong customer relationships

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Administration, or any related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and willing to learn
  • Good teamwork and leadership potential
  • Prior sales experience is an added advantage
