Kalene is looking for energetic, results-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales and Collections Clerks. If you are a proactive communicator with a passion for microfinance and community engagement, we want to hear from you!
The successful candidates will drive brand visibility through proactive marketing, deliver flexible financing solutions, and ensure the meticulous processing and timely collection of loans in accordance with company procedures.
Principal Accountabilities
- Sales & Marketing: Promote Kalene products and distribute promotional materials to increase brand awareness.
- Client Relations: Handle inquiries, complaints, and suggestions with high levels of professionalism.
- Target Achievement: Actively contribute to meeting weekly targets for disbursements, collections, and arrears management.
- Loan Processing: Process applications promptly, ensuring accurate data entry in systems and client contracts.
- Collections & Monitoring: Ensure timely collection of all disbursed loans and monitor assigned areas for early signs of potential defaults.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular reports on competitor activities within the microfinance industry.
- Networking: Build and expand a robust network within the catchment area to drive business growth and referrals.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of a Grade 12 Certificate (including Mathematics and English).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professionalism: A pleasant personality, professional demeanor, and well-groomed appearance.
- Added Advantage:
- Possession of a Diploma in a business-related field.
- Residence within Matero, Kanyama, or the immediate surrounding areas.
