This position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to apply their hospitality or tourism training in a vibrant, customer-centered environment that values creativity, digital savviness, and initiative.
Welcome guests and check in, Record Lodge financial transactions in designated records, Perform sales of Rooms, Food and beverages, Develop engaging content for our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), Assist in marketing and promotional campaigns, including events and digital advertising, Create reports, track performance metrics, and manage online bookings, Contribute new ideas to improve guest services and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Recent graduate (0–2 years’ experience) with a learning and growth mindset
- Strong computer skills — proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, or similar tools
- Excellent social media management skills and digital creativity
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Energetic, adaptable, and eager to make an impact
