QUANTITY SURVEYOR (QS)

Job Description

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction cost management and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and cost control
• Ability to prepare and analyze BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
• Experience with subcontractor management and valuations
• Good communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
• Cost estimation and budgeting for projects
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring cost efficiency
• Evaluation of subcontractor work and payments
• Assisting in tender preparation and analysis
