Tenna and Pharma Laboratories is hiring a Nursing Officer to manage and coordinate all nursing activities within the facility, including clinics, vaccination services, travel health, newborn care, and other related services, while ensuring high standards of patient care and compliance with medical and organizational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all nursing activities across clinic services, vaccination, travel health, newborn care, and related areas.
• Ensure full compliance with all laws, ethical principles, and professional standards governing medical practice.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all professional information relating to doctors, patients, and their families.
• Promote and maintain excellent patient care services and positive client relations.
• Understand and support billing procedures within the facility.
• Assist clients with vaccination and clinic procedures, including completing forms and required documentation in a timely manner.
• Review patient clinic documents to ensure completeness and accuracy for billing purposes.
• Ensure every client receives quality service and leaves the facility satisfied.
• Adhere to established service delivery guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the work environment at all times.
• Address and resolve client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and regularly update patient clinic records.
• Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Directors from time to time.
