National Energy Sector MRV Consultant - National Consultant

The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is seeking a National Energy Sector MRV Consultant to support the strengthening of the Energy sector MRV system under the technical guidance of the International MRV Consultant. The role is primarily focused on institutional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation of processes necessary for the effective operationalization of the sectoral MRV framework. The consultant will be responsible for strengthening institutional coordination and operational effectiveness of the Energy sector MRV framework, enhancing inter-institutional coordination of data collection and reporting processes, supporting the coordinated implementation of the Energy iMRV Roadmap, and supporting the development and implementation of the MRV system for policies and measures and for projections.
