Track B: Management Trainee – Human Resource Management

Role Summary

You will support HR operations and learn end-to-end HR practice in a growing, multi-site organization—progressing toward HR officer and HR management responsibilities over time.

  • Support staff welfare initiatives, employee engagement activities, and basic grievance documentation processes.
  • Assist with HR compliance requirements relevant to Zambia (recordkeeping, statutory documentation and HR reporting as guided).
  • Help coordinate basic training logistics and track training attendance and outcomes.

HR Track – Minimum Requirements
