Loan Officer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Officer to support lending operations, client acquisition, portfolio management, and debt recovery activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in growing the loan book, managing customer relationships, conducting field assessments of potential MOU companies, and ensuring effective collections. This is a field-intensive role requiring discipline, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales and credit management.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Diploma or Certificate in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience

Experience in sales, collections, customer service, or microfinance is an advantage.
