1. Matron
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee student welfare, accommodation, and discipline within hostels
- Provide guidance and counselling support to students
- Coordinate student health and wellbeing matters with management
- Maintain accurate records of student accommodation and conduct
2. Lecturer – Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and facilitate learning in ICT programmes
- Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments
- Assess and monitor student academic performance
- Supervise student research and projects
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning.
3. Lecturer – Physical Education
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in Physical Education
- Organize and supervise sports and recreational activities
- Promote student fitness, health, and teamwork
- Manage sports equipment and related facilities
- Support extracurricular sporting programmes
4. Lecturer – Mathematics
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures in Mathematics and related disciplines
- Prepare teaching materials, assessments, and lesson plans
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic support
- Supervise student projects and academic work
- Participate in curriculum development initiatives
5. Business Development Officer (BDO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrolment
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders
- Lead marketing and outreach initiatives for college programmes
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations
6. Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to management
- Manage correspondence, records, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
- Attend to visitors and manage front office operations
7. Assistant Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Maintain accounting records and financial documentation
- Support budgeting and financial control processes
- Process payments, reconciliations, and invoices
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements for Lecturing Positions:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- All qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
- Membership to a relevant professional body
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements for non-Lecturing Positions
- Diploma in a relevant field from a recognized institution, Bachelor’s Degree added Advantage.
- All qualifications must be verified by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA)
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience
- Membership to a relevant professional body
Additional Requirements:
- Lecturers: Valid practicing license from the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ)
- Assistant Accountant: Membership with the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) will be an added advantage.
