Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Stylist to join our Marketing team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about fashion, detail orientated and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administration of purchase orders, call sheets, processing of invoices, props inventory, styling tools and organizing of in-house studios. • pre & post-production duties (includes sourcing, returns, bookings, location scouting, recces, castings) • Liaise with talent agencies and all suppliers. Research and identify new suppliers and agencies to work with. • Work with the team including models, photographers, digital team, hair and makeup to deliver content that accurately depicts the garments and is styled according to brand standards. • Work collaboratively with the art directors, and the social media team. • Management of the merchandise flow as it travels through all phases of production. • Oversee the handling of merchandise while in our department’s possession, ensuring it is received and returned in pristine, sellable condition. • Work closely with the Senior Stylist and Creative team on concepts for shoots and content strategies. • Identify new ways to reach followers by engaging in social media material and building a library with references. • Identity and engage with social media influencers for collaborations and User Generated Content opportunities and manage the process from beginning to end.

Qualifications and Experience:
QUALIFICATIONS • Grade 12 • Marketing or Fashion related tertiary qualification EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE • Minimum 1-2 years experience in styling and/or shoot production. • Valid drivers License and Car is essential

Competencies:
TECHNICAL • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Understanding of art buying, production and general shoot industry. • Experience with social media platforms. • Keen interest in following social media trends. BEHAVIOURAL: • An exceptional eye for detail. • Willingness to drive around to source, to do location recces and to get to and from shoots. • An eye for visual composition and proportion. • Commercial awareness and good knowledge of fashion and trends. • An excellent work ethic and can-do attitude. • A positive, proactive and assertive approach. • Initiative, idea generation and problem-solving skills. • The ability to multitask. • Strong communication skills. • General knowledge of photography and lighting. • Experience of using social media.
