Catholic Relief Services (CRS) Invitation to Bid
Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. CRS operates in more than 100 countries, delivering programs in emergency response, health, agriculture, education, and social development.
CRS Zambia invites eligible and qualified vendors to submit bids under its Emergency Response Programme for the following procurements:
- Lot 1: Supply and Delivery of Camping Tents (ITB Ref: ZM8900)
- Lot 2: Drilling of One (1) Borehole at Kazembe Camp, Lumezi District (ITB Ref: ZM8911)
Bidders may apply for one or both lots; each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately.

Local Capacity Consideration (Applicable to Lot 2 – Borehole Drilling Only)
For Lot 2 (Borehole Drilling), CRS encourages participation from bidders with demonstrated operational presence and capacity in Eastern Province to support timely and efficient implementation under emergency response conditions.
