We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented professional to join our Insurance Services Team. The successful candidate will support the placement of insurance business by coordinating with insurers and internal teams, reviewing policy documentation, and ensuring a smooth quotation and renewal process.
Key Responsibilities
- engaging with insurers to obtain terms and support negotiations
- processing insurance placements accurately and efficiently
- communicating with internal departments to fulfil client requests
- building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers
- ensuring timely processing of all quotations and related documentation
- reviewing and verifying insurance policy documents for accuracy
- maintaining and updating relevant reports and documentation
Requirements
- a diploma in insurance from a recognised institution
- minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in underwriting
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- high level of attention to detail and organisational ability
- solid understanding of insurance principles and practices
- ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
