A well-established company based in the East Rand is seeking a HR Officer with Sage 300 experience to join their team.
Requirements
- SAGE 300 People experience essential
- Grade 12 (Matric) + HR related qualification (advantageous)
- 2–3 years HR Generalist experience
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of Labour Relations and payroll administration
- Strong admin, planning and reporting skills
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail
Key Responsibilities
- HR and payroll administration on SAGE 300 People
- Maintain employee records, contracts and personnel files
- Support recruitment, onboarding, promotions and terminations
- Process leave and update HR systems accurately
- Assist with payroll inputs and night shift allowance calculations
- Manage training records, certifications and compliance tracking
- Coordinate uniforms, PPE, permits and access control documentation
- Prepare HR letters, reports and compliance documents
