Job Description
The Digital Commerce Operations and Quality Lead position focuses on protecting business readiness, trading integrity, and operational quality across OK Franchise’s digital commerce platforms. The role involves validating system changes, monitoring live performance, identifying risks, and supporting field operations. Key responsibilities include conducting UAT and production validation, ensuring delivered changes are fit for business use, and maintaining visibility of operational risks.
- Properly manage business-led testing and validation
- Monitor end-to-end flows including products, pricing, promotions, taxonomy, ordering, invoicing, fulfilment, refunds, and customer journeys
- Validate end-to-end flows and ensure no avoidable customer, store, or trading risk
- Identify gaps between business requirements and delivered functionality
- Log, track, and retest defects through Jira
- Perform post-deployment checks to confirm expected live behaviour
- Monitor operational performance and provide support to business stakeholders
- Act as a key business contact for field operations and internal teams
- Escalate risks and recurring issue areas clearly to technical teams
- Maintain visibility of exceptions, trends, and operational risks
- Define exception reporting requirements with stakeholders
- Analyse trends and root causes of issues
- Support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and requirements definition
- Contribute to cross-functional operational coordination
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Information Systems, Operations, Retail, or related field
- Additional training or certification in quality assurance, business analysis, project delivery, digital operations, or related field
Experience
- +5 years’ relevant experience in digital operations, ecommerce, retail systems, or business analysis
- Experience working across business and technical teams in a fast-moving operational environment
- Experience in business-led testing, issue management, operational support, or system monitoring
- Experience using Jira or similar tools for defect, workflow, and backlog management
- Exposure to retail, FMCG, franchise, or multi-site operating environments
