We are seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Care Representatives to attend to clients and ensure a high standard of service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or in person in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests accurately and on time
- Provide clear information about company products and services
- Record customer interactions and maintain proper records
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily
- Escalate complex issues to management when necessary
- Maintain a positive company image through excellent customer service
- Work closely with other team members to improve customer experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Grade 12 Certificate (minimum requirement)
- Certificate or training in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage
- Previous experience in customer care, front desk, or client-facing roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English)
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult clients
- Computer skills( Email, Excel, word, powerpoint)
- Honest, reliable, and well-organized
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
