KZF hereby invites bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the construction of water-borne toilet blocks at selected institutions. The assignment includes but not limited to:
- Construction of water-borne toilet blocks
- Connection to existing water supply systems
- Installation of complete sanitation systems
- Associated plumbing and solar-powered electrical works where applicable.
Requirements
Bidders must submit the following administrative documents:
- Company registration (PACRA)
- Valid NCC Certificate
- ZPPA Registration
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- TPIN
- Workers Compensation Certificate
- EIZ License
- Company profile
- Bank statements (latest 3 months)
Evaluation Criteria
Evaluation will consider experience, methodology, personnel qualifications, work plan, and ability to deliver quality and sustainable infrastructure. Bidders may be requested to provide clarifications during the evaluation process. Any attempt to influence the evaluation process will result in disqualification.

All bids must be submitted via email to info@keeperszambia.org. The submissions should be no later than 20th May 2026 by 17:00 Hrs. All attached documents should be clearly labelled with Tender Reference and Supplier name, Email size should not exceed 70MB. Any files beyond this size should be compressed (accepted compression formats are ZIP, RAR, 7Z or TAR) or split into two emails.
