Are you confident in the field, comfortable speaking to decision-makers, and driven by results? We are a growing company specializing in the buying of electronic waste (e-waste) and we’re looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager to expand our supplier network across Zambia. This is a 90% field-based B2B role. You’ll be on the ground — meeting companies, negotiating deals, and building long-term partnerships with businesses generating e-waste.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new B2B e-waste suppliers across Zambia.
- Engage confidently with all levels of company management (from operations to executives).
- Negotiate purchase terms and close profitable deals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or B2B sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working independently in the field.
- Confidence interacting with senior management.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Zambia.
