Local Applicants Only We need to output HTML. We must preserve all text exactly. Let's extract the plain text content, preserving line breaks? The rules: Use

for paragraphs and general text. So we can treat each block of text separated by blank lines as a paragraph. For lists, we need

      • . The original already has
        • tags; we can keep them but need to ensure they are proper HTML (they already are). However we must not have any
          tags. The original has
          and
          inside

. We need to remove those and instead treat line breaks as part of paragraph? The rule says no
          tags. So we should eliminate
and maybe replace with space? But we must preserve all original content word-for-word. If we remove
          we are removing content (the
tags). However the instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word — do not add, remove, summarise, or rephrase. That seems to refer to the textual content, not the markup. The input is given as HTML-like snippet; we need to output clean semantic HTML. So we can interpret that we should preserve the textual content (the words) exactly, but we can change the tags. The
tags are not part of the content; they are formatting. So we can drop them. Similarly, , ,

etc are formatting; we can replace with appropriate semantic tags. Thus we need to output only the textual content, wrapped in appropriate tags. Let's extract the textual content sequentially. Start: "With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith." Then a line break (br br) then "Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!" So that's first paragraph (maybe two sentences). We'll keep as one

containing both sentences with a space? The original had

between them, which is a line break. Should we preserve that as a line break? Since we cannot use
, we could just make it part of same paragraph with a space. That would change formatting slightly but not content. The instruction says preserve all original content word-for-word. Changing line break to space changes content? The line break is not a word; it's whitespace. Might be acceptable. Safer to keep as separate

          elements? The original had a

          then

          then text then

          . Actually the snippet:

With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.

Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!

So the whole thing is inside a single

tag, with a line break inside. So we can keep as one

with the line break replaced by a space or maybe keep the line break as a newline inside the

(which is allowed). The rule says no
tags, but we can have newline characters inside

. That's fine. So we can output:

With 75 years of experience, our focus is on helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life. We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith. Come join our 31,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children’s life stories!

But we need to preserve the exact characters, including the + which is HTML entity for +. The original text includes "31,000+". That is an HTML entity representing plus signifying plus sign. The content likely should be "31,000+ staff". The entity is part of the source; but if we output as plain text, we should convert to the actual character? The instruction says preserve ALL original content word-for-word. The original content includes the entity +. If we output the literal characters "+" that is not the same as the plus sign? It's the same representation but as characters. The original source had + which when rendered shows +. The content is the plus sign. But preserving word-for-word would mean we keep the entity as is? Usually when extracting text, we decode entities. However the instruction ambiguous. Safer to keep the entity as is? But then the output would show "31,000+ staff". That might be considered not the original content word-for-word because the original content (as rendered) is "31,000+ staff". The
