Job Description

The International School of Lusaka (ISL) invites suitably experienced and qualified individuals or businesses to submit bids for the exclusive operation of a coffee shop within our campus premises. This is a unique opportunity to serve a vibrant community of students, staff, and visitors in a dedicated, ready-to-use commercial space. The coffee shop operates within a secure school environment and will serve ISL community members only. Public access is not permitted. Bidders must demonstrate how they will maintain a consistent, high-quality food offering within the constraint that the outlet is not equipped for on-site cooking. All food offered must be sourced pre-prepared and ready for service or warming only. Bidders should note that the coffee shop operates within a secure school environment and will serve ISL community members only. Public access is not permitted. Food warming using appropriate non-induction equipment (e.g. microwave, hot display units) is permitted. Seasonal or themed menus aligned with the school calendar are also allowed.
